She was rescued from a severe hoarding situation alongside 44 other dogs, arriving scared, underweight, and unsure of the world around her.<br/><br/>But Valkyrie refused to let her story end there.<br/><br/>Today, she's healthy, thriving, and full of life. The frightened little dog we once knew has blossomed into a playful, affectionate companion with enough energy and love to brighten any home.<br/><br/>She absolutely adores her humans and firmly believes that every lap was created for one purpose: holding her. <br/><br/>Valkyrie would love a home with another small dog to wrestle, play, and share adventures with. Having a canine buddy helps bring out her confidence and lets her silly personality shine.<br/><br/>Because of her past, she can still be protective of her food at times. Considering she once had to compete just to survive, it's understandable.
