Valencia's Story

Valencia is a 1-year-old female Pit Terrier with a sweet heart and a lot of love to give. She was recently returned to the humane society after her previous home didn’t work out — her anxiety clashed with her owner’s PTSD, showing that sometimes even loving homes aren’t the right fit.

Valencia is still very young and has plenty of energy and curiosity. She thrives with structure, patience, and understanding, and she’s looking for a home that can give her the consistency and calm she needs to feel secure.

With the right family, Valencia’s affectionate, playful, and loyal nature will shine. She deserves a patient, compassionate home where she can build confidence and form a strong bond with her people.
