Val is a cute furry dog you just want to hug but sadly she is still learning to trust so isn’t ready for hugs just yet. <br/><br/>Val is very skittish & it is clear she was not given much attention or love in her past. She will need a patient adopter who is committed to helping her overcome her fears. She has not shown any aggression. <br/><br/>She would do best in a home with adults or older kids, over age 13. Val is most relaxed around dogs so it is a priority for her adopter to have a playful & confident dog buddy for her. She is non-reactive with cats. <br/><br/>Val needs a home with a secure fence because she loves being outside but we want to ensure she’s safe. Val did not grow up in a house so will need patience settling into a home. <br/><br/>Val is approx 1 1/2 years old & weighs 40 lb. She appears to be a purebred Aussie.
