Val 's Story

Val is a cute furry dog you just want to hug but sadly she is still learning to trust so isn’t ready for hugs just yet. Val is very skittish & it is clear she was not given much attention or love in her past. She will need a patient adopter who is committed to helping her overcome her fears. She has not shown any aggression. She would do best in a home with adults or older kids. She seems very interested in dogs but hasn't been tested with cats. Val is approx 1 1/2 years old & weighs 40 lb. Val is healing from her spay surgery and will be ready for adoption 2/26.
