Hi! My name is Ursula! I’m an 14-week-old Sea Witch from under the sea! I mean, I’m a female, Border Collie/Lab mix weighing in around 18 lbs but I am sure to grow! I was found with my 3 siblings on a mountain top in Mexico by a good samaritan. The good samaritan found our mom but she had died protecting us. Our mom gave up her life so that we could live and hopefully find our forever homes. When the good samaritan found us, we were nothing but skin and bones, covered in ticks and mange. She thought it would be humane to euthanize us but thankfully, she reached out to The Cantu Foundation who took us in immediately.

We weren’t doing well, and we were immediately taken to the vet where we were hospitalized and treated for parvo. My siblings and I have fully recovered and we’re thriving in our foster homes!
I’m almost fully crate trained. My foster parents say I don’t go in willingly, but I do sleep through the night in my crate. I’m almost fully potty trained and I don’t have much experience on the leash, since I’m not fully vaccinated yet.

I love other dogs and kids. I’m not sure about cats because I haven’t met any. I love playing with my siblings and my foster brother. Tug of war is my favorite game and I’m very high energy! I want to be close to my humans so I’m good at climbing out of the puppy pen. Mealtime is my favorite time of day! I have not showed any signs of separation anxiety. My foster parents would describe me as smart, sweet, and confident!
I’m easy going so I would do well in any home!
