As a puppy he was rescued from a South Korean dog meat market and brought to our shelter to start a new life.<br/><br/>Ulsan will require a dog-savvy owner who can provide Ulsan with the confidence, routine, and guidance he needs to adapt to his home. Foster homes have reported he is house-trained and not at all destructive in the home. He is looking for a home where he is the only pet and there are no children.
