Back then, I wasnt sure what to think about the world. New people made me nervous, and trusting strangers didnt come easily. But thanks to the people who refused to give up on me, Ive learned that not everyone is scary.<br/><br/>Today, Im a completely different dog.<br/><br/>Once you become part of my circle, youll discover a loyal, affectionate, goofy boy who loves being with his people. I have a big heart and an even bigger personality. I love adventures, playtime, belly rubs, and simply spending time with the humans I trust.<br/><br/>Life hasnt always been easy for me. During my time in rescue, Ive faced more than my fair share of challenges, including not one but two major surgeries after swallowing things I shouldnt have. Thankfully, I made it through both and have shown everyone just how resilient I am. Through every setback, Ive kept moving forward with a wagging tail and hope in my heart.<br/><br/>What I want most is a family who will see beyond my past and focus on the dog standing in front of them today.<br/><br/>Im looking for people who understand that building trust is a journey, not a race. Once I know Im safe, my walls come down and youll gain a best friend who will love you with everything he has.<br/><br/>I dont want to spend the rest of my life being someones rescue dog.<br/><br/>I want to be someones family dog.<br/><br/>The dog who greets you at the door after a long day.<br/>The dog who makes you laugh when you least expect it.<br/>The dog curled up beside you while you watch TV.<br/>The dog whose pawprints become part of your story.<br/><br/>Ive waited patiently for my turn, and I still believe my person is out there.<br/><br/>Maybe theyre reading this right now.<br/><br/>Love,<br/>Tyson
