Meet Turtle
Turtle is a six mo old, 8 lb female chihuahua mix. She was surrendered to MAS in a group of 12 similar dogs.
We also have Yella from that group. These dogs were living outside and did not have a lot of socialization. They are flight risks.
They haven't been handled a lot. They are both seeming to be totally relaxed in a household but they will run from me.
Yella will be still and allow petting but Turtle just ducks and runs. Turtle needs an adopter who can keep her safe while working with her
to trust a human and be loved.
