Turbo's Story

Turbo is a 4- 5 year old mixed breed who looks like he has some mastiff or other large breed in him. He arrived as a stray from the Municipal District of St. Stephen. Attempts to contact his owner were not successful and he was relinquished to the shelter to give him a chance at a new life.

Turbo is a very big boy and he's heavy. His vet check weighed him at 119.5 lbs.

He's been very sweet and kind with staff even when stressed about being kennelled. In his past life, Turbo had a lot of freedom and enjoyed the comforts of home.

Turbo has been wonderful with the young female dogs he has met, he has not met any male dogs. Female dogs may be the best fit. He would have to meet any dog living in his home. Turbo is cat safe and has lived with many cats in his past.

He is a very strong boy, but he is getting used to wearing his harness and going for walks. He likes car drives and snuggles and is just a very nice boy.

Turbo does still need to be neutered and have a bit more vetting done, but that is included in his adoption fee.
