Tulsa's Story

Tulsa is a sweet, affectionate dog who loves to climb into laps and get scritches everywhere. He's goofy and friendly off the leash, but he's definitely still learning not to pull on leash walks.<br/><br/>On cooler days, Tulsa loves to play, but when it's too warm, he becomes more of a couch potato - he's very good at communicating what he wants!<br/><br/>Although he's not dog reactive, we recommend that he not go home with another dog, since he seems to prefer being the only dog in most situations.
