Tulip

*Tulip is considered special needs because of her skin sensitivities. She is on a special food for sensitive skin. She also is on allergy medication and a hip/joint supplement. She had a surgery to her eye years ago at the first shelter she was at, but does not have issues with it. <br/><br/>Tulip has come a long way since she first arrived at the shelter. She’s a little nervous of strangers, especially men, but if she is with someone she already trusts, she warms up fairly quickly to them. She does not like other dogs, though, so she will need a home where she gets all the attention! She warms up very quickly to women and children! Tulip loves her stuffies (even though she likes to shred them) and has a basket of toys that was surrendered with her.
