Meet Tug

UDATE: Tug has been with Road to Home Rescue Support for 4 days now and is really settling in! Today he had his first playdate at Best In Show. He did great and really has eyes for Luna. Even though she has a big bark, it didn't phase him. Being deaf has it's perks ?
Tug is an absolute love and needs a home to call his Forever. Please share to help us get him home.
If you can open your heart to this senior boy, please email us at adoptroadtohome@gmail.com or message our page Road to Home Rescue Support

Road to Home Rescue Support Happily Welcomes Tug! ?
Tugs' story is just heartbreaking! This deaf ( 9 year old) beautiful boy lost the only home he ever knew, when his mom passed away. His 3 doggie siblings were all placed together leaving Tug behind.. He bounced around from one family member to another, where he was subjected to abuse in one of the homes. His advocate was not giving up on Tug and tried everything to keep him out of a shelter or worse.
Tug is now with our rescue where he is currently boarding with our friends at Best In Show Pet Resort. This 90 pound boy is super sweet and seeks out affection from everyone he has met. We will slowly start integrating him with other dogs in small pay groups, starting with one on one tomorrow.. He walks great on a leash and wags his tail as he passes the other kennels..?
We were not planning on taking in any more dogs at this time but this senior boy had no other option. His story will now be filled with happiness and much love!
If you can open your heart to this senior boy, please email us at adoptroadtohome@gmail.com or message our page Road to Home Rescue Support
