Tucker-*applications pending *'s Story
Meet Tucker – Your Chatty, Charming Companion! 🐾
Tucker is a handsome Coton de Tulear born in June 2021 who recently joined Prairie Paws Rescue after being surrendered locally. This sweet boy has a big personality to match his fluffy, cloud-like coat!
Tucker is incredibly friendly, social, and full of happy energy. He loves being around people and is always ready to make new friends. Whether he’s greeting you at the door or wagging his tail for attention, Tucker brings joy wherever he goes.
In his previous home, Tucker lived with unspayed females, which led to some marking behaviors. Now that he is neutered and settling into foster care with other dogs and even cats, he’s doing well—but will benefit from a refresher in house training as he adjusts to a new routine.
☆Tucker would do best in a home with older, respectful children who understand how to interact gently with dogs. He’s also quite the talker! ☆Tucker is vocal and expressive, so a home (rather than an apartment) will be the best fit for him.
One of Tucker’s favorite things? Walks! The moment he sees a leash, he’s ready to go and couldn’t be more excited to explore the world with his person.
☆With his soft, plush coat, Tucker will require regular grooming every 2–3 months, so adopters should be prepared for that ongoing care to keep him looking and feeling his best.
All medical work is completed prior to adoption including neuter shots worming flea treatment rabies shot kennel cough micro chip and vet examination.
The adoption fee is $200 + tax with an approved application. The pre-adoption application is available on the website www.prairiepawsrescue.com.
Prairie Paws Rescue does not adopt on a first come basis but who will provide the best home suited to the pets needs
