Tucker's Story
Meet Tucker - a one-year-old, 81-pound mixed-breed masterpiece with a DNA test that reads like someone let fate spin a wheel: Great Pyrenees, Poodle, Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, Boxer... and somehow it all came together into one very handsome package. Adopted from Williamson County Animal Center as a puppy, this one-year-old is back and looking for a family committed to giving him his happily ever after.

Tucker is house trained, crate trained, and has done well in playgroups with our trainers, where he has been playful, respectful, and responsive with other dogs. He is an active young dog who would thrive with daily exercise and ideally a fenced yard to burn off energy. Because of his size and enthusiasm, he may be too much for small children and could accidentally knock them over. Previous owner reports indicate he was not a fit for cats or other dogs in the home.

If you are looking for a fun, active companion and have room in your life for a big lovable dog, Tucker may be your guy.
