She was picked up by the shelter extremely emaciated (24 pounds) and lethargic. Thankfully CCRT had the means to help. <br/><br/> Trudy (meaning beloved warrior) and Anne in honor of a shelter worker who was directly involved getting her to safety, is now LOVING life. She has been wonderful around all the other dogs she has met, could careless about the cats on her cat test, and very gentle around my 3 year old son. <br/><br/> Trudy Anne did have 4 mammary masses removed during her spay that our vet determined to be cancerous. We of course have been monitoring for any signs or symptoms but Trudy Anne seems to be improving from her terrible body condition she arrived in. <br/><br/> She deserves a loving family, a warm bed, and a couch to lounge on.
