Trixie's Story

Location: Dayton, OH

Food: Beef and Potato

Medication: NexGard Plus

Trixie is an approximately three-year-old beabull. She has all of the hunting dog energy combined with the tenacity of a bulldog. She does everything with the enthusiasm of a Tasmanian devil. She is very food and treat motivated. She wants so hard to do what you want her to do and has followed our trainers recommendations however, sometimes her excitement gets in the way. Trixie needs a family that understands a high energy dog that needs lots of physical and mental stimulation. Her ideal family would be an active couple who love long hikes through the woods or long walks through the parks, allowing her to smell to her heart's content.
Trixie is a little skeptical of new people, but once you are familiar to her, you become her best friend. She loves to give kisses and snuggle next to you if you're sitting down. She loves pets and praise and her tiny little tail will go back-and-forth like a little tiny windshield wiper. Speaking of which, that is unfortunately, one of her quirks. She is not a fan of writing in the car in a crate and will be very vocal. She rides perfectly fine with her seatbelt in the cars, actual seats. However, I would not advise driving her anywhere in the rain. She is terrified of the windshield wipers. I know it's weird, but she has her quirks like everybody else.
If you are a part of an active family with older or no kids, no cats or other small animals, and have a healthy appreciation for a little chaos in your life... Trixie may just be the dog for you.

***Adoption Process***
-All current pets in the home need to be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines and on veterinarian prescribed flea/tick/heart worm prevention.
-Everyone living in the home, including all resident dogs, must be present at the meet and greet located in the Southwest Ohio area.
-We DO NOT ship dogs!!!
