Trixie's Story
Trixie was found running as a stray. Her owner did now show up to get her at the shelter so she was pulled by our rescue to find a new home. She had multiple ticks when rescued and meibomian gland cyst in her eyes that was ruptured and appeared infected. She was started on medicine due to the amount of ticks that were removed.

Now in a foster home, she is eating well, wagging her tail and asking for pets from her foster dad.

She arrived in our program Mother's Day weekend, and we'll have more information for you on Trixie soon. If you are interested in adopting, please read "How to Adopt" at www.gr-rescue.org
