Meet Trisha (O Ya Trisha), a 7-year-old retired racing greyhound who is sweet as pie and currently looking for her forever home.<br/><br/>Trisha is smart, friendly, and gentle, making her an easy companion to fall in love with. She’s already made a smooth transition into home life. She’s had zero accidents, has learned to navigate stairs like a pro, and walks well on a leash. She does have a strong prey drive and may pull if she spots a squirrel or other small animal, so she’ll do best with someone who can handle that with awareness on walks.<br/><br/>Trisha requires in home without cats or small animals.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate, and polite dog who’s ready to settle into retired life, Trisha might just be your girl.<br/><br/>This dog is being fostered in the Des Moines Area. We do not ship dogs. This fee pays for medical costs including spay/neuter surgery, shots, parasite treatments, teeth cleaning, microchip and microchip registration fee. Each dog also comes with a special sighthound collar and leash set and muzzle. There is a $30 non-refundable application fee.
