He’s one of Mama Molly’s older puppies, and after finding himself in a scary shelter environment with his brother Farley, he’s finally getting the love and attention he deserves!<br/><br/>When Trevor first arrived, he was a little unsure of the world around him. But WOW, what a difference a little patience and love can make! <br/><br/>This sweet boy has been making incredible progress in his foster home! He’s becoming more comfortable, building confidence, and showing everyone what a wonderful companion he can be.<br/><br/>A few things to love about Trevor:<br/><br/> Crate Training: He’s doing fantastic in his crate!<br/><br/> Potty Training: He’s been doing great with no accidents since his first day in foster care!<br/><br/> Outdoor Fun: He absolutely loves spending time outside in a fenced backyard.<br/><br/> Leash Manners: He’s practicing daily walks and improving with consistency.<br/><br/> Personality: Trevor is a gentle, affectionate boy who may take a little time to warm up, but once he trusts you, he loves attention and being close to his people.<br/><br/> Other Dogs: He’s shown promising behavior around other dogs, although proper introductions are still recommended.<br/><br/>Trevor can still be startled by sudden noises or unfamiliar movements, but his confidence is growing every day. Thank you for your interest in Delilah's 2nd Chance and our many rescue pets! In a world where pets are bought and sold like accessories, we greatly appreciate those who prefer to rescue and adopt rather than shop. Here at Delilah's we are a rescue and not a shelter, so we work with many volunteers and fosters to house and maintain the well-being of our animals, so please bear with us as many of us also have responsibilities and full time jobs outside of our crazy rescue lives! But don't worry, we are just as excited as you are to unite you with you new furry friend! Here's a few key things to note. - First and foremost, please fill out an app at Delilahs2ndChance.org/adopt once it's been reviewed we will be in contact with you at the earliest convenience. This process takes 2-5 days with home visit and reference checks. We reserve the right to deny any application or you may cancel the process. - Once your application has been approved we will find the best fitting fur baby for your needs and situation. - As a foster based rescue and for our furry friends safety, we need to schedule meet and greets for you and your furry friend, we currently do not have a main facility. If you have any other pets, please make sure to note it on your app and if possible, bring them to the meet and greet if requested. - Adoption fees may vary and range from $0-$700 Don't let the price scare you, our fur babies come spayed/neutered, immunizations, deworming, microchipped, rabies shots over 6 months w/certification(no tag). We reserve the right to get creative with our adoption fees as we always want our rescues to have the amazing homes they deserve. - We take applications in the order they are received and approved, unless there is a $150 non refundable deposit made to hold the rescue during the application process. In the event that the rescue you're interested in is already pending or has a deposit, don't fret, we have plenty of amazing recuse to choose from!
