He may need a dental appointment in the future. His adopter will need to follow up with their family veterinarian for treatment recommendations. <br/><br/>Toto was treated for an ear infection while in PawsCo’s care. There was a large amount of hair and debris in his ear canals, and his ears will need monitoring, regular cleaning, and possibly veterinary follow-up for future recommendations.<br/><br/>Animal Characteristics: Toto is a sweet, cuddly, lovable pup. He is a little shy at first, appreciates a slow, gentle approach, then warms up quickly and enjoys affection. He will keep you company with his adorable cuteness! When he’s indoors, he will come when his name is called or when his people whistle for him, but once he’s outside, he would rather take off running to explore than listen, because he’s so excited! He enjoys several leashed walks each day. Toto will bark when he sees new people or new dogs. He is completing his potty training, crate trained with some treats and persuasion, and prefers to sit snuggled in the lap of a non-driving human companion when he’s riding in a car. He has a beautiful, highly pettable coat that will benefit from regular grooming. Like all young dogs, Toto will benefit from continued socialization and training so that he builds confidence and is comfortable and well-mannered in a variety of environments.
