Tot's Story

Meet Tot! Tot is a 3-month-old Dachshund mix puppy full of playful energy and sweet snuggles. He loves chasing toys and will often bring them back to you—making him a fun little playmate who’s already showing off his fetching skills!

When playtime winds down, Tot is all about companionship. He’s happy to lounge in a dog bed next to your desk while you work, and in the evenings, he’ll gladly curl up in your lap or right beside you while you relax. This cozy time with his people is easily his favorite part of the day.

Tot sleeps soundly in his crate through the night and also enjoys using it as a safe, comfy spot during the day—just leave the door open so he can come and go. In the morning, he’s ready to start the day and will make sure you know it with a few enthusiastic barks and cries.

Like most puppies, Tot is still learning the ropes. He’s well on his way to being house trained, with only occasional accidents—usually when the weather isn’t cooperating. He hasn’t started leash training yet but is beginning to figure out the doggie door. He’s also in his chewing phase, so plenty of appropriate toys will help keep him happy and on track.

Tot gets along great with other dogs and loves having companionship. He hasn’t been exposed to cats yet. He’s good with kids, though he’s still a bit nippy in typical puppy fashion, so supervision with younger children is recommended. He also does great in the car, especially when riding safely in a crate, making him an easy companion for outings and adventures.

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate puppy who will keep you entertained and snuggled up at the end of the day, Tot might just be your perfect match!

Top of Form

His adoption fee is $350. A refundable training deposit of $100 will be also due upon adoption. Training must be provided in a timely fashion to ensure our pups become the best canine citizens. The training deposit will be refundable within 3 months of the adoption date.
