Meet Tootsie
Tootsie is a five and a half year old Spaniel/Doxie that we rescued from a high kill shelter almost six years ago when she was a puppy. We put her into a home that kept her, but returned her to us a few months ago as they were no longer able to keep her. We are very glad that she is now back with us!
Tootsie is a calm and sweet dog but takes a few minutes with new people to warm up. She is probably best in a non chaotic environment and in a home where there are no young kids. She would be fine with teenage kids and ideally would make a great companion for someone or for a couple. She loves walks and is good with both dogs and cats. She is spayed microchipped and current on vaccines.
