Toby is young, energetic and so sweet. He came to us as an owner surrender.<br/><br/>He is 4 months old and weighs in at 9 1/2 lbs. He is a Jack Russell Terrier mix. Probably a JRT / chihuahua mix.<br/><br/>Puppies need lots of attention, patience and training. We will be looking for a family who is willing to give him the love and time this requires.<br/><br/>He is fully vetted – spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested (negative) and microchipped.
