Toby

Toby is a one-and-a-half-year-old “mini” English bulldog who weighs about 25 pounds. He was born in August 2020. Toby lived in a home with kids and another dominant dog but did not do well with them, so came to MBR to find his forever home. <br/><br/>Toby is a playful young pup who lacks some basic manners. He jumps when excited and mouths during play. He needs continued work on leash walking and potty training. He occasionally has accidents in the home which may be attributed to his stubborn bulldog streak. Toby is crate trained and keeps his crate clean when in it. His favorite toys are ones that squeak, and he loves to play in general. Toby will get possessive of toys with other dogs around, but this can be managed with supervised play time. Toby likes to play with dogs similar in size to him, as long as they aren't overly dominant or aggressive when initiating play. Children make Toby nervous, so for this reason he should not live with any under the age of 10 or who cannot be respectful of his boundaries. Toby loves older kids and people in general, and will follow them from room to room, snuggling close at nap time.<br/><br/>All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility.
