Toby Collie Mix Chambersburg, PA

At the Beginning of December 2023, we had 12 dogs surrendered to the shelter after their owner had passed away. This group of pups lived their whole lives in barn stalls until they arrived at the shelter. They were all dirty and very scared when they arrived. They all needed some time to learn that the outside world is not as scary as it seems, and they have all made leaps and bounds adjusting to shelter life. These guys as far as we know, have never lived in a house and will need time to adjust to one. They will need homes that have the patience to work with them with new situations and help them blossom! They are all really sweet pups with the potential to be wonderful companions!

Toby is shy and was very unsure when he first arrived at the shelter. He is around 2 years old. He has slowly been coming out of his shell and has been learning that people are not so bad. He will need someone that understands that he will need time and patience while adjusting to a loving forever home. Toby is a sweet guy that would love to find his loving forever home soon! He has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, Heartworm/Lyme tested, and microchipped since his arrival at the shelter.
