Toby's Story

Meet Toby....He is truly a dog that has no clue he's blind. He now barks when his foster Dad comes home and he has found the toy box with bones in it, gets one bone out after another, just like the other dogs. He has totally came out of his shell...not that he was too far inside. Toby is a puggle and the Beagle in him likes to put his nose on the counters and table and he will attempt to get to whatever is up there.... and of course he likes the trash can too which he is being taught not to do. His foster Mom & Dad say that Toby a "Grand dog," is well adjusted despite being visually impaired and he is slow and bumps into things from time to time. Toby lives with two other small dogs and everyone has adjusted very quickly and Toby even does well at the doggie park. Toby lives a normal life and gets around just like a dog with sight. If you are interested in Toby and have any questions, please email allmuttsmatter@comcast.net and if you want to adopt Toby, please go to www.allmuttsmatter.org and fill out the adoption application located under the "adoption info" tab on the left.
