Toby is a super sweet, playful, smart, outgoing and cuddly guy!<br/>He is guessed to be a heeler mix puppy, but who knows for sure!<br/>He is adorably outgoing and just a youngster, so needs a family committed to raising him right with good puppy training and lots of patience.<br/>He is working on crate training, but as he is just a baby, he is not potty trained fully yet.<br/>He does great with the other dogs in his foster home, and is curious about cats but not aggressive.<br/><br/>To meet him, apply here:<br/><br/>https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/KOTR/Dog
