Contact: Email - blueridgerescue@aol.com<br/><br/>TITUS came into rescue from a hoarding case. He was somewhat under-socialized and had never been off of the owner's property. At 4 years old and around 65 pounds, this boy is like a blossoming flower! He is absorbing everything his dog trainer in the Paws Behind Bars Prison Training Program is teaching him and is morphing into a friendly, playful, wonderful companion dog! He is good with other dogs of all sizes and is house trained / potty trained and knows obedience commands such as "down, touch, sit, wait" and more! He would love a fenced in yard where he can run and play and an owner that knows the Husky breed would be helpful! He has not been destructive in our care like some in this breed can be. Titus is a beautiful boy and deserves a family that will give him attention and take him on walks / hikes. Yes he loves the snow and has had a good time this winter since there has been plenty of it! All prospective animals ready for adoption begin with an application filled out by a prospective adopter. Taking into account the animal's specific needs, applications are taken in the order they are received to match appropriate families with the needs of that specific animal. Once an approval is made and the potential adopter contacted, a meet and greet with the entire family and, if possible, includes the adopters current animals as well. If the meet and greet goes well the animal may go home with that potential adopter.
