You see, when I came into rescue, I had severe, untreated ear infections that caused huge growths inside of them, requiring me to have a very special surgery. I had what’s called a TECA, where they removed both of my ear canals to fix them. Unfortunately, that means I’m completely deaf now, but I promise you, it doesn’t get me down! In fact, now that I’m all healed and no longer in pain, I’m absolutely loving life!<br/><br/>My foster mom says I’m just about the happiest little guy you’ll ever meet! I have lots of energy, give tons of kisses, and I love all people, big and small that I meet. I also get along with the 3 other dogs that I’m currently living with. My favorite things include chew bones, comfy beds, sitting in my person’s lap, and food.<br/><br/>A few other things about me. Since I mentioned food, I should say that I am a little protective over mine and should be fed away from other animals and kiddos while I eat. I’m also not a fan of being crated, but I do well being gated in the kitchen at my foster home and sleep quietly for naps and all night long. I’m working hard on my potty training, but I also know how to use pads if left alone for too long.<br/><br/>Ultimately, I’m a very sweet and spunky boy looking for a special family to love me forever.
