Six days and Titan had no more time. He was schedule for euthanasia without rescue. Titan had entropian of his left eye and finding rescue to take on an added expense of such surgery is next to impossible in times such as these!
BUT, because he was such a great dog he had advocates stepping up to foster and network for him. So, it was apparent this was a dog worthy of rescue! His owner had a friend turn in Titan as a stray but when the shelter scanned him they found the chip with his owner's information and the plan was discovered. Praying to find Titan a more deserving family this go around!!
And so Diamond Dogs Rescue, Inc. welcomed Titan, worked with his foster to facilitate the needed surgery and he is now ready to find a family of his own!
Currently he is in foster in NC. During the initial 24 hours in foster he was almost perfect. He is very docile, affectionate, wants to be friends with the fosters dogs and had no house accidents. He's a great dog. He is thought to be around three years old, is neutered, fully vaccinated, micro chipped and heart worm negative.
Transport to an approved adopter would be arranged and covered in the adoption fee. An online application to adopt and information on the adoption process can be found at:
