Titan (2016)'s Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.
Titan is a beautiful Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever mix with an estimated birthday around the first of September 2014. He came into rescue because his owner could no longer afford him and was moving into a home that didn't allow big dogs.

Titan is a very sweet and loving boy, and if you kneel down on the floor, he will bombard you with KISSES and LICKS!! Run your hands through his soft, silky coat and you'll surely be rewarded.
Titan needs the company of his family -- human or canine -- almost all the time. He does really well in his foster home with a stay-at-home mom, but did NOT do well when adopted into a home where he was an only dog and where the humans worked outside of the home. When his foster parents are both gone from home, Titan does fine, and we think that's because he has other dogs to keep him company. He enjoys playing with other dogs in his foster home, has been safe with our cats, and has even shown good manners around our backyard chickens. He's not a working dog, but he's a family pet with "benefits" -- the main benefit being that he's not going to eat your chickens!
