While losing the only home you've ever known is never easy, Timmy has remained a happy, friendly boy who is ready to start his next chapter with a family of his own.<br/><br/>One of Timmy's favorite things in the world is spending time with other dogs. He absolutely loves canine companionship and thrives when he has a doggy friend by his side. Having another dog around helps him feel secure, engaged, and happy, which is why we are requiring that Timmy be adopted into a home with another friendly resident dog. He would love nothing more than a built-in best friend to play, relax, and share adventures with.<br/><br/>According to his previous owner, Timmy is house trained and has done well with children ages 8 and up. He combines the playful, entertaining nature that Boston Terriers are known for with a sweet and affectionate side that makes him a wonderful companion.<br/><br/>Timmy is looking for a family that will cherish him as a true member of the household and give him the love and stability he deserves. Whether he's joining you for daily walks, curling up nearby after a day of fun, or playing with his canine sibling, Timmy is happiest when he's surrounded by the people and dogs he loves.<br/><br/>If you're searching for a friendly, loyal companion and already have a dog looking for a new best friend, Timmy may be the perfect addition to your family. This wonderful boy is ready to leave his past behind and start a lifetime of love, companionship, and happy memories in his forever home.<br/><br/>We'd like to place Timmy in a home where he'll get consistent stimulation, exercise and love. A (virtual or in-person) positive reinforcement training class promotes great behavior, bonding and confidence. Training is so important in the future behaviors of every dog. It's for this reason that we're unwilling to adopt to a family that doesn't make this loving choice. Farfel's is happy to provide a list of both in-person and virtual positive reinforcement / force- free trainers in your area.<br/><br/>Timmy is up to date on his vaccinations, has been fully vetted, is healthy, heartworm negative, and is neutered.<br/><br/>Farfel's Rescue is a fully foster based rescue, and offers a one week trial with every adoption. We feel that this is much more beneficial to not only the dog, but the adopter too. We believe that only getting 20-30 minutes with a dog before deciding on a lifetime commitment is not a fair amount of time to the adopter, or the dog. Therefore we give adopters one week with the dog to assure it is the right fit, and offer a full refund of their adoption fee should it not workout within the week trial.<br/><br/>Farfel's Rescue has been doing adoptions this way since 2005 and is thrilled to adopt out 400 dogs each year.<br/><br/>Applications are currently being accepted for our wonderful pup.
