Hi, I’m Tilly 💛 I’m a 1 year old, 90 lb Hound mix — which basically means I’m a gentle giant with a big heart and just a sprinkle of puppy enthusiasm. I may be a big girl, but I’m soft, sweet, and happiest when I’m close to my people. Everyone tells me I’m a fan-favorite. I’ve made so much progress and I try really hard to be the best girl every day. And between us… they say I’m even more gorgeous in person. Apparently my beauty just doesn’t fully show up in photos. You’ll have to come see for yourself. I love my people most of all. Inside the house, I like to stick close — think loyal shadow with a wagging tail. I also really love my lamb-chop toy (everyone needs a lamb-chop!). I get along well with my canine friends, too. Now, I do have those classic hound instincts. Outside, my nose likes to lead the way, so I’ll need a leash or a securely fenced yard to keep me safe while I follow all those exciting smells. I have so much love and joy to give, and I know I’m going to complete one very lucky family. If you’re looking for a sweet, devoted, slightly goofy best friend, I’m your girl. Puppy Mill Rescue Team 's Adoption Policy

ADOPTION POLICIES The Puppy Mill Rescue Team’s dogs are placed into adoptive homes within 60 miles of the foster home. We have foster homes in Rochester, NY, Buffalo, NY, and Macedonia, OH. When applying for a specific dog please check the profile to see where the dog is located. If you are not in this area and are looking to adopt, we recommend that you visit our Rescue Partners area or Petfinder.com to locate a rescue in your area. A legally binding Adoption Agreement must be signed at the time a dog is placed. The adoption donation varies and is included in the dog’s description on the website as well as in the Adoption Agreement. Adoption donations are not negotiable and payment must be made in full prior to or at the time of the placement of the dog. Please read prior to submission of an application for adoption. All potential homes must complete our adoption process which includes an application, meet and greet, home inspection and veterinary reference. Applicants must provide veterinary references if they have previously owned a pet and contact veterinary facilities to authorize release of their records to a PMRT representative upon request. Applicants who rent their homes must verify that they are permitted to have a dog and provide a landlord contact number on the adoption application. Landlords will be contacted in every case, no exception. The primary adopter must be at least 21 years old. We are solely committed to the dogs accepted into the rescue. We want to find them loving, permanent homes and go to great lengths to place the right dog into the right family. We reserve the right to decline any adoption based on what we feel is in the best interest of the dog.
