Little Tilly is a 12.6lb terrier who really wants a person to love. She’s about 2 years old, and her foster mom says she’s very sweet. Tilly came to rescue with another 2-year old terrier, Selena, but we will adopt them out separately, too. Tilly is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations.
