It’s hard to describe Tiger Lily without overusing the word love. Afterall, that’s what she’s all about. Tiger Lily loves everyone she meets. When petting this extremely affectionate girl, she leans in, as though to say, “Where have you been my whole life?” While she’s drawn to everyone she meets, Tiger Lily is also secure and independent when left alone. It’s as though she knows she’s been rescued and can trust she’ll be taken care of.

Just as the cuddles will always be there, she’s come to learn that so will her daily walks. Seeing her light up at the very mention of a walk is truly a driving force. Forget all the apps: If you need a partner to motivate you to get your daily steps in, Tiger Lily is there for you. Her preference would be a route that never ends, but she’s happy to follow your lead. Tiger Lily is as well-mannered on the leash as she is in the car. Give her a back seat to stretch out on and she’ll hunker down for the ride.

When it comes to other animals, Tiger Lily has lived comfortably with other social dogs and has demonstrated a tolerance for cats. At the end of a long day, this sweet soul will put herself to bed, where she sleeps peacefully through the night. She’s more than ready to find a home to call her own.
