Just a tiny baby, left for dead or to fend for himslef on a busy road, his indomitable spirit of enthusiasm for life, love, friendliness, playfulness, & hopefulness, despite being ABANDONED, dumped, unwanted (? HOW? he is so fun & precious), infested with fleas, filthy, lonely & scared on his own, is an inspiration to any & all. He plays well with others. He needs to be fostered or adopted as soon as possible to nurture "his best self," as they DO NOT get the attention, "one-on-one time," playtime, training, affection they so desperately need at shelter life.
