Thalia's Story

Meet Thalia!

Thalia is a 5 year old, 11 lb Miniature Poodle with a gentle and sensitive soul. She can be nervous when first adjusting to new environments, so she’ll need a patient and understanding adopter who can give her the time and space to feel safe and secure. Because of this, Thalia is not a good match for homes with young children under 10.

Once she feels comfortable, Thalia’s sweet personality truly shines. She’s a loving little companion who enjoys snuggling up with her favorite person and soaking up affection. She’s also quite curious and enjoys exploring her surroundings and playing with toys.

Thalia thrives in the company of other dogs and REQUIRES a canine companion in her forever home to help her feel confident and happy. She has also done well with cats in her foster home.

She’s been making good progress with house training, though she will need continued patience as she learns a new routine. Thalia is not yet comfortable walking on a leash, so a securely fenced yard is a REQUIREMENT for her safety and comfort.

With love, patience, and a furry friend by her side, Thalia will blossom into a devoted and loving companion.

To adopt her, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org
Her adoption fee is $400, which includes her shots up-to-date, microchipping, spay, heartworm testing, and dental cleaning.
