Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just walk right in.<br/><br/>Terry is about 5-1/2 yrs old and weighs about 18 lbs. Unfortunately, came into a shelter as a stray so we have no back history, more will be known about me soon.<br/><br/>She is house-trained in her foster home, using the patio sliding door, and walks well on a leash. Terry enjoys playing with balls and toys, often entertaining herself by chewing and wrestling with them. She has a peculiar habit of putting her ball inside shoes and attempting to retrieve it. Prior to meals, Terry exhibits energetic behavior, known as 'zoomies,' in the kitchen and living room. She is highly social and enjoys interacting with other dogs during walks. Terry has been living with two male dogs, aged 9, and thrives in their company. Her preferred locations includes sunning in the backyard, laying on the couch, ottoman, and dog bed, where she likes to surround herself with toys. Terry is a people-oriented dog who loves human interaction and being around dogs. <br/><br/>She was rescued from a shelter, where she had a fatty mass on her side and multiple mammary tumors. Excited to say after undergoing a double mastectomy and mass removal, all tumors were found to be non-cancerous. Terry has made a smooth recovery in her foster home. <br/><br/>A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet. <br/><br/>If you are interested in Terry, please contact dogrescuelv@hotmail.com to confirm the dog you are interested in, will be attending that particular event. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to the event.<br/><br/>This pet comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org . This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle Terry into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. <br/><br/>This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply).
