Teddy's Story

Meet Teddy!

Teddy is an approximately 3-year-old sweetheart with the cutest face, soulful eyes, and a personality that’s equal parts goofy and affectionate. He was found as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past, but one thing is certain—he absolutely loves being with his people. Whether he’s carrying around an oversized toy, making you laugh with his silly antics, or curling up in your lap for a cuddle, Teddy is happiest when he’s by your side.

Teddy is looking for an adopter who understands that he’s still a work in progress. His biggest challenge is his intense humping behavior, and he’ll need a confident, consistent owner who is committed to continuing his training. He’s already making progress with redirection and structure, but this isn’t something that will disappear overnight.

He’s also still working on house training. A consistent schedule, supervision, and lots of positive reinforcement have helped him make steady progress, and he’ll continue to improve with patience and routine.

Because Teddy can become overstimulated, we think he’d do best in a home without cats or small children. He’ll thrive with someone who can provide clear boundaries, regular exercise, and continue building his confidence through training.

If you’re willing to put in a little extra work, you’ll be rewarded with one of the sweetest dogs around. Teddy has so much love to give and is ready for someone who sees beyond his imperfections and believes he’s worth the effort.
All of our adoption fees include veterinary exam, age appropriate vaccines (up to date at time of adoption) spay/neuter, microchip and deworming.

Puppies $550

Kittens $200

Adult fees vary, please message our page.
