Teddy is an adorable Maltese mix with a heart full of love and a bright future ahead of him.<br/>When Teddy first arrived at the shelter as a stray, he was in rough shape. His coat was severely matted, making for a difficult and stressful introduction to shelter life. Thankfully, with some much-needed grooming and lots of gentle care, Teddy is already feeling so much better.<br/>Despite everything he's been through, Teddy has remained an absolute sweetheart. He's affectionate, lovable, and happiest when he's close to people who will give him the kindness he's always deserved. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.<br/><br/>CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP.
