Meet Teddy
Teddy is a 28lb, 3 year old mixed breed pup who so energetic and sweet!!
Teddy has a ton of energy and would love to go on adventures with his new family to burn off some of his energy. But don't worry if you can't get much more than a walk in during the day - if you spend some mental stimulation time and play time with Teddy, he'll still relax on the couch with you at the end of the day!
Teddy has a habit of barking a lot. In foster though, he's been working on reducing his barking and it's been going very well! Due to his voice, he would probably be best in a single family home, however apartments are not a deal-breaker with the right adopter willing to work on this.
Teddy has also been working on basic commands in foster. He has been working on sit, wait/stay, place, and watch me. He would love to attend more training professionally make him the best dog he can be!
Teddy walks well on a leash, is crate trained (minus a couple whines/barks in the first couple minutes), and is potty trained (he goes to the door every time he has to go out)!
Teddy is likely dog friendly but hasn't been fully introduced to any yet because he’s been in decompression. He hasn't been cat tested. At this time he would do best in a home with older children as his tendency to jump could hurt a small child unintentionally.
