Tank's Story

Tank is an owner surrender who may come off as very nervous at first, but deep down he's a big baby just waiting to feel safe . Once he becomes comfortable, he turns into an affectionate boy who actively seeks out attention and connection with his people. Because he can be sensitive to quick movements and certain types of touch, Tank would do best in a calm, adults-only home where he can continue to build confidence at his own pace. He was originally surrendered with other canine companions, but he does have a history of getting into fights with other dogs, so he would thrive as the only pet in the household. With patience and understanding, Tank has the potential to form a very strong and loving bond with his future family.
