Tandy just breaks our hearts. Her previous owner moved and left her and her best friend Porsha behind. Thank goodness they were spotted and arrived to the shelter on 7/22. Tandy is 13 years young and weighs in at 11 pounds. She and Porsha clearly love each other and will need to be adopted together. She knows to sit when asked especially if you have a treat.
