Talia is a young sweet girl. She came into rescue after sitting in a loud shelter for nearly a month after owner was deported. She has some skin issues we are working on, and she is on treatment for a bad case of kennel cough she caught at the shelter. We feel that she and Brianna are directly related. We will have more information on her soon. <br/>She is fostered in South Florida thru www.ratbonertr.org
