His vet birthday guess is 4/16/07 and he weighs 13.60 pounds. Tagg visited the vet clinic 4/16/10 to receive his direct and occult heartworm testing negative along with his fecal testing negative. Tagg visited the vet clinic 4/19/10 to receive his neuter, 1 baby tooth removed and shots with rabies. He is ready for adoption. Pictures taken 4/16/10.</h3><br/><br><br/><center><h3>Tagg was rescued from Hooks Texas 4/16/10 with Sassy the pregnant miniature Dachshund and 3 of his children Boston Terrier/Dachshund mixes that are 4 months old. The entire family was owner surrendered to this rescue because the owner could not care for them.</h3><br/><br><br/><center><h3>Tagg is a blast to have. He is a small Boston Terrier with a heart of gold. From walking on a leash, riding shot gun in the van, to playing in the yard. Tagg gets second looks from everyone who sees him and loves everyone he meets. He loves toys and giving kisses. All animals for adoption are rescued from shelters or owner surrenders. Every JTR rescued animal is fully vetted and 100% healthy prior to adoption. Puppies under 4 months old receive their shots from a DVM. A spay/neuter contract is required for adoption. The vetting of an adult animal includes spay/neutered, shots with rabies, heartworm and parasite tested. Treatment of heartworms, dentals, cherry eye repair, mange, parvo exposure and broken limbs are some examples of what is done to save lives. This application asks for general information about the adopter, adopter’s family, other current and prior pets and previous veterinary care. If you have never had a family pet before, follow up veterinary calls will be made during the year to insure the animal is being well cared for. Home visits are required unless the distance is too far for JTR or JTR’s contacts. Pictures of the home and common ground are required. Once the application is approved the adopter may meet and or adopt any of JTR's animals. A signed adoption contract is required.
