Meet Taffy (also known as McAllister or Mickey), an adorable 5-month-old Welsh Corgi puppy weighing just 11 pounds. This gentle little guy has wonderful manners and an endless supply of puppy love to share. Smart, soft, playful, and incredibly sweet, Taffy is the total package.<br/><br/>For such a young puppy, Taffy is already house-trained, crate-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash—an impressive accomplishment! He loves playing fetch, wrestling with other dogs, and showing off the occasional zoomies, but hes just as happy curling up in your lap for cuddles and a nap.<br/><br/>Taffy adores other dogs and is wonderful with children. Because he enjoys having a playmate, he would thrive in a home with another young, playful dog or children who can help keep him active and entertained.<br/><br/>Taffy came to Underdog Rescue with his beautiful mom, Glenda (pictured). They have a lovely bond and would be wonderful together, but they are also happy and confident enough to be adopted separately if the right homes come along.<br/><br/>If youre looking for a well-mannered puppy with a loving heart, playful spirit, and cuddly personality, Taffy is ready to become your new best friend.<br/><br/>Adoption $500 + $100<br/><br/>Puppies adoption fees are $500 plus an additional $100 spay/neuter deposit that will be refunded when the puppies are spayed or neutered at an UnderDog vet at Underdogs expense. Note that we will do puppy shots through the time we have the puppies. Once adopted, the adopter will be responsible for all additional vet care which will often include an additional 2 sets of puppy vaccines and worming.<br/><br/>TO ADOPT THIS DOG PLEASE FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AT https://underdogrescueofflorida.com/. <br/><br/>All UnderDogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm checked, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. For consideration for one or more dogs, we require that an on-line application is filled out. <br/><br/>Sorry, we do not adopt outside of Florida. Applicants are subject to a home visit, and veterinary references will be checked. Please include a vet reference (including phone number) when applying online.<br/><br/>Our application process:<br/>FIRST, an application must be approved for adoption from our rescue.<br/>SECOND, we determine whether the dog that has been applied for is a "good match" for the household that wants to adopt him/her. We take into consideration the dog's activity level, compatibility with other members of the household (human and other pets), etc.<br/><br/>If your application has been approved, but the dog you applied for is no longer available, please take the time and look over our adoptable dogs again.
