Tabasco's Story
Tabasco says hello like a true a gentleman!
He gives his paw for a shake. Hes a smart boy, especially for being so young. He knows commands including both paws and wants to please his person. His poor ears were butchered down to his head and are still bloody trying to heal. He is also afraid of the squeaker sound from toys. Guessing he hasnt had much experience in the joys of a toy bin. That can change for him. It just takes one person to give Tabasco the good life.

Chicago Animal Care and Control is located at 2741 S. Western Ave., Chicago, IL, and is open from 12pm to 7pm daily. Walk-in visitors are welcome and helped on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are planning to adopt the day you visit, please plan to arrive before 5:30pm. Visitors arriving after 5:30pm will still be able to view animals in Pavilions A-B-C until 7pm.

All dogs will be spayed/neutered and vaccinated before adoption.

All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers).

We recommend and can arrange dog-to-dog meet and greets for your current dog(s) to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination for your dog(s). Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.

If you have any questions, please email caccpetfinder@gmail.com

A313008
