Sweetheart's Story

Hi, I'm Sweetheart!

My name fits me pretty well.

A while back, life wasn't very kind to me. I was found pregnant, injured, and all alone. But those days are behind me now, and I've learned something important: there are wonderful people in this world who help dogs like me find their happy ending.

These days, my favorite things are much simpler. A cozy couch. A warm lap. A good cuddle. And spending time with my people.

I'm about 3-4 years old and weigh 70-75 lbs., but please don't let that fool you. In my mind, I am a tiny lap dog. If you sit down, there's a very good chance I'll decide your lap belongs to me. I've been told I might be the world's largest Chihuahua.

I'm house trained, crate trained, and friendly with people, dogs, and even cats. I'm not the type who needs to be on the go all the time. I'd much rather lounge around, soak up affection, and be your constant companion.

After everything I've been through, I've discovered that the best part of life is simply being loved. Now I'm looking for a family to share that love with forever.

Could that family be yours?

Love,
Sweetheart
