FOSTER NEEDED ~ Little Suzy Q has had it rough, but is still sweet, so loving and a total cuddle bug! This little gal was brought to us after being hit by a car. She's in need of a foster who can look after her while she recovers, but also a forever home. She's about 9 years old and blind from her injuries, and will probably need some help through the rest of her life, but will be a wonderful lady to call your own once she fully recovers. Her blindness does not stop her from doing anything though. She is a confident little thing and will follow you around by the sound of your feet or your voice.

Suzy Q loves her food! She is great with all dogs, cats and kids. 

From her current foster: She's quiet and sweet, just wants to sit and cuddle up near you. We've never heard her bark. She's incredibly trusting, especially for a dog who can't see; she's pretty much fine with anyone picking her up, petting her, etc. (although we do say "touch!" to alert her to the fact that we're about to pet her). She's easy to take care of: she'll alert you when she needs to go outside or get a drink of water, and although she wears diapers, they're simple to manage. She's inquisitive and independent — she likes doing what she can by herself, so once she gets the lay of the land, she really enjoys wandering around between her favorite spots. She loves the outdoors and sitting in the sun. And she's a great little bed sleeper.
