Susa's Story
Susa is a super sweet little lady who was born into rescue. We weren't sure if the father was IG or dachshund until they were born. When her adoptive family could no longer keep her came back to rescue.

This adorable girl loves to snuggle is getting along well with her foster home’s dogs, though she did have problem with one of the dogs in her previous home so finding a perfect match is very important.

She loves walked, being with her humans and sleeping in the human bed.

She hates the storms we have been having, she hangs out in the bathtub during them, we have been trying different calming supplements and they are helping but she may be a candidate for medication during thunderstorms and fireworks.

For Sussa we are looking for a home with a good sized yard for her to play in, humans who are home most of the time, either work from home or are retired. A home with older children (over age 10) would be fine for Susa but we will not consider homes with young children.

If you are interested in this or any other dog fostered by IGCA Rescue - Colorado, please contact our state Rescue Coordinator (Bobbie - coloradoigrescue@msn.com to start the adoption paperwork process.
